    炸叉烧包,外酥里嫩、鲜香可口,肉汁丰盈咸甜适中。

    Step 1

    叉烧馅做法Method for Filling : 1.起镬烧热2汤匙油,炒香大葱丁,加入叉烧肉炒香。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, saute onion till soften, add in Char Siew.

    2.加入调味料勾芡,拌炒至浓稠,盛起待凉。Mix in seasoning, cook till gravy thicken, dish out and let cool.

    包皮做法Method for Dough : 1.把全部材料放入搅拌机以中速搅拌至幼滑面团,取出切割成等份,约每粒重50克,揉圆待发至双倍大。Mixes all ingredients into smooth dough, separate into 50g equal portion, let rise until double in size.

    Step 4

    2.取1份包皮压平,包入叉烧馅,待发至双倍大,以大火蒸8分钟至熟。Flatten the dough and wrap in filling, let rise until double in size; steam in high heat for 8 minutes.

    Step 5

    3.待凉后以热油炸至金黄色沥油便可。Let cool down and then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain.
